Refund and Cancellation Policy
At DaGreCo Web Services, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Refunds
Refund requests made within 30 days of the original purchase will be considered. You must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a service at any time. However, cancellations made after the service has been delivered or significantly started may not be eligible for a full refund.
For services that involve monthly recurring payments, such as Web Hosting, Accessibility Compliance, Continuous Testing, Continuous Security Services, and similar offerings, cancellations will require the client to pay a portion of the remaining payments. If you choose to cancel before your agreed service term ends, you will be responsible for paying a prorated amount based on the time elapsed and services rendered. Your individual service contract will detail the specific terms for prorated payments. This ensures that both parties are fairly compensated for the commitments made. While we encourage paying for a full year upfront for the best deal, monthly payment options are available to suit your needs.
One-time services, such as Client Revitalization and Video Services, or package deals for a set number of videos (e.g., training or product videos), will require upfront payment and are not subject to recurring payment terms.
